It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. James Robert Richards, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Richards peacefully departed from this world on October 22, 2023, at Valley Falls Nursing Home, where he received exceptional care during his final days. He was born on April 22, 1934, in Spartanburg, SC, and spent his life spreading love and joy to those around him. Mr. Richards was a devoted family man, cherishing the bond he shared with his wife, Mrs. Georgia Woodruff Richards, and their children and grandchildren. Family meant everything to him, and he dedicated his life to creating a nurturing and loving home for his loved ones. His presence will be deeply missed, and the memories he leaves behind will forever be cherished. Throughout his life, Mr. Richards exemplified unwavering faith in our Lord and Savior. His strong belief in God provided him with comfort and strength, and it is with this faith that we find solace in knowing he is now resting peacefully in the arms of our heavenly Father. During this difficult time, let us come together as a community to support one another and offer our condolences to the Richards family.
