Obituary

Mrs. Margaret Lee Lyles, a beloved native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, entered into eternal life on May 13, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late Enoch Joseph Tucker and Rosa Lee Ferguson-Tucker. Mrs. Margaret will be remembered for her kind and loving nature, her dedication to her family, and her strong sense of community. Forever will remember the infectious smile and laughter. Several years of service with Hospice Compassus and Inman Health Care Nursing Home, where she was loved by everyone. With her radiant personality, she was fondly referred to as Sunshine and Cinderella.

Left to cherish fond memories, daughters Tig Palmer, Towanna Lyles (Mike) Holland, sons Leonard (Melissa) Lyles, Jr., Derrick (LaToya) Lyles, Leonard Foster and Quartez Lyles. Sisters Leola (Willie Lee) Johnson and Mary Tucker Webster all of Spartanburg SC. A grandson reared in the home Jevon (BOP) Lyles, grand and great grandchildren, Lance Lyles, Morgan Lyles, Denaya Lyles, Layah Lyles, Malaysia Lyles, Amina Lyles, Kendalynn Lyles, Cheyenne Miller, Extended children and grandchildren, Kelvin Broadus Hurst, Jr, Britany Holland, Asia Holland, Ja'Quan Holland, Adrian Holland, Tristan Holland, Adreama Holland, Sabrina Palmer, (Atlanta, Ga) Trevoris White and Brionnis Palmer. Also, a host of nieces, nephews and family members.

She was preceded in death by, husband, Leonard L. Lyles Sr, Sister, Carrie Tucker Foster, Brother, Willie James Tucker, and grandson Leonard L. Lyles III.
